ESC INFORMATION
The Empire Supporters Club is a non-exclusive organization established in 1995 devoted to all things Metro. The ESC congregates in Lot 16-A in front of Gate C at Giants Stadium before all home matches for tailgate parties, stands in Section 101 for home matches, sponsors bus trips to all D.C. and New England away matches and watches all other away fixtures from Nathan Haleís in Lower Manhattan.
To sign up for 2000 ESC membership, send a check or money order for $10.00 (payable to Empire Supporters Club) to: Empire Supporters Club, PO Box 022902, Brooklyn, NY 11202

MATCH TICKETS
ESC members can purchase Section 101 tickets on match days at the Gate C ESC ticket window.
As has been the case since 1997, only ESC members will have the right to purchase tickets for Section 101 in 2000. In 2000, each member will be entitled to purchase up to 4 tickets per match at the ESC/Section 101 ticket window at Gate C. While the ticketing personnel at Gate C were sometimes lax on their enforcement of these rules in 1997 and 1998, THIS WILL NOT BE THE CASE IN 2000.
The rear of the 2000 ESC membership card contains mark-off boxes corresponding to each Metro home match. The appropriate box will be marked at the time of ticket purchase and that card will not be accepted for further ticket purchases for that match. Additionally, no Section 101 tickets will be sold to non-members or to members not displaying a valid ESC membership card.
While the prices of other Metro tickets will increase dramatically on match days, our members will continue to enjoy the ESC's group discount when purchasing tickets for Section 101. ESC tickets will continue to cost $9.00 per match, while tickets in surrounding sections will cost a minimum of $15.00 on match days. Not only will Section 101 continue to be the best place for Metro home matches, it will now be the absolute cheapest ticket in the house thanks to our group discount (the ESC is Metro's largest regular group client).
If you have played by the rules in 1997 and 1998 (bought up to three tickets per match and showed your ESC membership card at the time of purchase), nothing will change for you in2000. If you did not play by the rules, then it is time for you and/or your friends to join the ESC to continue enjoying the fun and cheap tix in Section 101.
AWAY TRIPS
You don't have to be a member of the ESC to come on the ESC organized away trips to DC and NE in 2000, but it sure helps. Tickets for away trips can be purchased from the address above, or at metro matches in lot 16a proir to the game. Discounts for ESC members run from $5 to $15, with the usual cost of our combined bus/match ticket package averaging around $55. Visit WWW.EMPIRESC.COM for details.
